I aim at keeping myself fit every day. First, as I have heard that eating breakfast is very important our health, so I eat breakfast every morning. In addition to that, I always eat cooked white rice to consider a calorie. Second, I always try to go to bed as early as I can so that I can rest myself well and I can go to school being full of vitality. In addition to that, I never fall asleep into a doze since I went to bed early every night. So, I can concentrate all classes and I can keep myself.
